Ways to use:
Perform the sensitivity test by applying a drop of essential oil to the inner part of the forearm and wait a few minutes. If there is sensitization or redness, stop using the product and wash the area with plenty of water.

Always dilute essential oils in carriers of vegetable origin, mineral oils and derivatives are not suitable. Do not exceed the proportion of 3% essential oil in the solution and 1.3% in the case of dermocaustic essential oils.

For aromatization in diffusers:
From 6 to 15 drops in room diffusers with water dilution; 1 to 2 drops in the personal flavoring necklace; from 3% to 5% in the composition of the base solution in sprays.
Inhalation:
From 6 to 15 drops diluted in freshly boiled water or vaporizer.
Massages:
From 3% to 5% dilution (for every 100ml of carrier oil, use 60 to 100 drops of essential oil).
Cosmetics:
From 0.5% to 3% dilution in cream, gel or vegetable oil base (for every 100ml of base use 11 to 66 drops of essential oil).
Immersion baths:
Dilute 6 to 12 drops of essential oil in a water-soluble container (mild liquid soap, shampoo) and add to the bathtub. For dermocaustic oils, reduce the number of drops to a third of the proportion.
