The oil is considered very safe, for not being toxic and does not produce any kind of irritation or allergy. Among its properties, we can cite: tonic for nerves, antiseptic, sedative, healing, circulatory, aphrodisiac, anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
Vetiver is botanically equipped with lemon grass and citronella. Essential oil has a dark brown color, a fairly dense consistency and subtle smell of difficult definition. Vetiver oil is deeply relaxing, so it is valuable in massages and baths for anyone who is under tension. It is refreshing when used in baths, and adds a subtle touch to mixtures for massage. Among other oils, it combines very well with the sandalwood.


It is known as tranquility oil in India. The oil is used as a fixative perfumery. The odor is deep, with earth, wood and citrus accents, being very persistent. It is used in aromatherapy to relieve stress and relax. It also has febrifuge properties. Arthritis and Arthrosis
15 drops on 30ml of sucupira oil. Massage locations.


Muscle aches
30 drops on 60ml of arnica montana vegetable oil. Massage the region.


CGU, muscle stiffness
30 drops on 60ml of arnica montana vegetable oil. Massage the region.


Dandruff
1 drop in a handful of shampoo. Massage the scalp and rinse. 20 drops in 100ml of water. Sprinkle on scalp and let dry.


Tendinitis
15 drops on 30ml of sucupira oil. Massage locations.


Eczema
30 drops of vetiver oil diluted in 60ml of copaíba balm. Apply in regions.


Athlete's foot
1 to 2 drops direct on the spot.


BEAUTY


Dry skin
10 drops on 30ml of pink mosquet oil.


Aged skin
Use 20 drops in 100gr of your face cream daily. If you have the dry skin, use 10 drops on 30ml of rose of rose musket, and apply on the face, massaging daily.


Skin crack
3 drops in 10 drops of pará chestnut oil. Massage.
About vetiver's essential oil


Acne
2 drops on a cotton swab. Apply direct on the spot. Dilute 20 drops in 100gr of gel to face and apply.


Dry hair
Dilute 30 drops on 60ml of Argan or Pracaxi oil. Apply from the scalp to the tips, gloving. Wrap with hot towel and leave for 30 min. Rinse the following with neutral shampoo. 1 drop in the cream to comb.


EMOTIONAL


Anger
Bath: Dissolve from 3 to 5 drops in the tub. 1 drop in a handful of liquid soap, and spread through the body.
